Excellent communication with owner. Flat was very clean and John even asked what milk we would like on arrival. Together with tea, coffee, beer and wine what more could one ask. Just a 2 minute walk to Yarm town centre

What a treat to stay at this fabulous apartment. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and such eclectic style and decor. Everything you need for a home from home. I loved reading the fan mail from Morty and Crispin, the coffee table books & quirky art. John was a fabulous host and very attentive, ensuring we enjoyed our stay, providing refreshments and a delicious Easter egg, so thoughtful. 2 minutes to Yarm High Street. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Apartment was absolutely stunning in such an amazing location 2 mins walk from the charming Yarm High St with its abundance of lovely restaurants, wine bars and traditional English pubs. We loved that the apartment was stamped with the owner John’s personality and sense of humour.

Firstly, John was the perfect host, funny, helpful and very welcoming. The apartment is fantastic, literally a home from home. John has thought of everything to make your stay special. The apartment is fabulously quirky, with the most brilliant collection of art work. Yarm is a lovely place, with an impressive selection of shops, restaurants and pubs, the perfect place to spend a weekend with friends. Oh my goodness. A little pearl of perfection in central Yarm. Beautiful, quirky, clean, comfortable. And chocolate - what’s not to love? John, our host, had incredible attention to detail. So many little extras and we really appreciated the effort. Just wonderful.
