2 bedroom chalet on a high position with lovely wooded views, within a holiday park & just a minute walk to Caswell beach, & beautiful cliff walks around the Gower Peninsula. Open plan lounge, Dining & kitchen area, shower-room & toilet. The 2 bedrooms have a double bed & 2 single bunk beds. Outside is a balcony from which you can enjoy the sunset. New in January 2020 an extended deck area that will improve your comfort and fully allow you to take in the views whilst enjoying a cold beer or G&T.
My name is Phil Gavey and I am retired and living in the beautiful Gower in South Wales. I am Chairman of a local Fishing Club who are the owners of the chalet and are Members of CASC (Community Amateur Sports Club) The Chalet is owned by a local Fishing Club and members of the committee would be available locally if any questions or issues arise. You are welcome to take part in our fishing and social events. If interested contact Phil your host or look up MMBFC.
The chalet is in a chalet Park of almost identical lovely chalets. no traffic noise and easy parking. You are 150 yds from Caswell Beach. This is The Gower Peninsular. It is beautiful, with so many beaches and countryside to explore. You also have easy access to the lovely village of Mumbles just 10 minutes away by car. The Coastal Path Of Wales can be joined just 2 minutes from the chalet and you can explore the whole of the Gower on foot. A beautiful 15 mile walk to Rhossili Cliffs perhaps.............
