My name is Phil Gavey and I am retired and living in the beautiful Gower in South Wales. I am Chairman of a local Fishing Club who are the owners of the chalet and are Members of CASC (Community Amateur Sports Club) The Chalet is owned by a local Fishing Club and members of the committee would be available locally if any questions or issues arise. The chalet is in a chalet Park of almost identical lovely chalets. no traffic noise and easy parking. You are 150 yds from Caswell Beach. This is The Gower Peninsular. It is beautiful, with so many beaches and countryside to explore. You also have easy access to the lovely village of Mumbles just 10 minutes away by car. The Coastal Path Of Wales can be joined just 2 minutes from the chalet and you can explore the whole of the Gower on foot. A beautiful 15 mile walk to Rhossili Cliffs perhaps.............
