The staff were all lovely and welcoming, always acknowledging guests, the location is brilliant for O2 Arena, you can get an Uber but the walk isn’t too far, same with heading into the city further, when enquiring about a future stay the staff were very helpful with helping me find a reasonable price, so I may possibly be back in a few months.
