Our annexe is a light and cosy space, with a ground floor sitting room/dining room, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and upstairs there is an open plan loft bedroom with a sloping ceiling (limited headroom on one side). There are 2 single beds, best for 1 adult (2 if necessary) or 2 children. The kitchen is situated up some steps, past big windows overlooking our fields and woods. The annexe is attached to our farmhouse, which is situated down our farm lane.

We live on site and are available in person, or by phone/text to give directions or suggestions for places to visit, and are happy to interact as much or as little as our guests require. This is a quiet, peaceful place and guests can come and go as they please. We have lived here for over 30 years so have good local knowledge.

Our annexe is situated next to our 17th century farmhouse, surrounded by our fields and woodland. There is a Standing Stone in one of our fields. We are about half a mile from St Buryan, which has a garage, post office, church and pub. There are several restaurants and pubs within 15 minutes' drive, all serving locally sourced, good food. St Just airport is 3 and a half miles away. Lands End and the Minack Theatre are close by. There are several beautiful beaches within 20 minutes' drive, and our nearest town Penzance is about 4 miles away. The railway ends at Penzance station and there is a bus station next to it. The "Scillonian" sails from Penzance harbour to the Scilly Isles and back every day. We have horses, cats and dogs who may be out and about at any time, lots of birds and wildlife and a short walk across our fields will bring you to footpaths. There are a number of local taxi firms who are very reasonable, or there is a regular bus service from St Buryan village. The roads around us can be narrow in places but are suitable for all sizes of car
