Nice feel to the hotel. Welcoming receptionist. Good COVID procedures. Cosy room. Nice and warm. Was able to order a meal from the bar. I forgot my toothbrush and the reception provided a complimentary dental kit. The breakfast was OK in the circumstances. Enjoyed the bacon sandwich.

Breakfast was delivered to our room, it may have been toasted but the temperature did not reflect this, but it was welcome all the same. Staff were friendly The icing on the cake was a complimentary bottle of wine awaiting us on our return from our evening meal, not in house but at a local restaurant. We shall return, and wish staff well in the upcoming difficult months.
United KingdomWe were actually moved to the Grange White Hall Hotel nearby. Nice quiet room facing the courtyard, so it was very peaceful, very good sleep. Located right next the British Museum and also good access to underground etc. Because of the inconvenience they gave us a reduction, a room upgrade, and also early check-in plus late check-out option. Very good customer service especially in the context of coronavirus restrictions.

United Kingdomthe hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's an excellent place for visiting the British Museum, UCL and Covent garden and Leicester square areas. Piccadilly circus is a 15 m walk from the hotel. The room was large compared to many more expensive hotels in the area.
BelgiumRoom size was huge and huge bathroom. We had a twin with two double beds and a lovely garden view. Very quiet room. We ate in the restaurant and were service by an amazing wait staff lady called Paulina from Bulgaria. Best service all year.
