When we arrived in our room we discovered that the TV only worked for a channels. Having called Reception we were offered an upgraded room at no extra charge. Staff were very friendly and we had an excellent dinner.

The Green House is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I cannot wait to return. True boutique luxury, eco-friendly and superb value for money. I loved the country house vibe with lots of cosy nooks to relax, read, drink tea or English champagne. There are so many brilliant little touches like fresh milk for your room to make hot drinks and delicious biscuits and water supplied too. I stayed for two days as I was attending an event in the local area and had the chance to sample the excellent restaurant, bar food nibbles and yes, that champagne! The thing that really made the stay first class was the incredible staff - friendly, responsive and unobtrusive. Thanks for making me feel for warmly welcomed.

The property is stunning from the curb and equally as good inside with a warm atmosphere. Decoration throughout is well kept and fresh including the room and en-suite. Room was extremely comfy, clean and very cozy. only one criticism is that an extra full length mirror would be beneficial especially when you have two people getting ready at the same time. Easy access to beach and town and although close to a main road you can’t hear any noise at all. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. We will 100% be returning.

I came to the hotel at night, took taxi from train station, it costed me 8pounds. the room was clean, comfortable and stylish. as I came at night it was freezing outside, I came to the room and luckily found water, tea bags and kettle. the location is good, the sea is just 10 min walk, but the pier is in a walking distance, not to far. I didn’t have time to go there, just went to see the sea and saw the pier in a distance. also it was good distance to work place, and to the train station. I liked the place. I didn’t go to breakfast as was in a hurry.
