The location was perfect, although it was rather noisy from midnight until around 4am as it was near a late-night venue and the old crittall style windows did not close properly outside of the secondary glazing. This wouldn't prevent me from staying again but I would take ear-plugs with me. Otherwise, the location is excellent for both the University of Leicester and the City. The bar and restaurant on the ground floor are great and the breakfast, which was included, was fabulous. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The studio apartment was really good sized and very well equipped and spacious.
