Two things to say - This is how place set up, but went through whole stay without seeing any of staff - but excellent communication via text, and mobile if needed. Really liked the "look after yourself" kitchen/diner/buffet - could help self to fruit, mince pies, toast, cereal etc at any time

I was pleasantly surprised how clean my room and the building was. It made me comfortable in this current climate. I will certainly be using the Luxury Inn again when I need to stop overnight in London. The bonus was being able to park on the road right outside the property.
