The total accommodation can be let by one Group or separately by two independent Groups (6- 8 people in The Manor House and 2 persons in The Manor House Sail Loft Cottage). Parking is provided in The Manor House. The Manor House comprises the main Manor House and the Manor House Sail Loft cottage with generous gardens bordered by the River Leat which runs down to the harbour. The River Leat is a small and pretty river bordering the house on one side and great care must be taken supervising young children.
