United KingdomI loved everything about this stay! The atmosphere of the room was amazing. Mood lightings is a great concept that they have introduced into the room. Many hotels don’t have this which is an extra bonus. As well as the housekeeping is amazing. I didn’t know how quick things can be done. Went for a night shift and selected an option for room cleaning. Come back from my night shift in the morning and my room was cleaned! Which was amazing! Staff are extremely nice and responded to all the queries I had before and during my stay. Swimming pool and jacuzzi was still in use during tier 3 but it was a shame that it had to close down again due to tier 4. But it was amazing whilst it lasted. I will be back again!!! 10/10 excellent stay, really professional!

United KingdomWent above and beyond this time. Stayed here a few times, this time our son had to come last minute and we only had a double room. The staff managed to sort a pull out bed for him since all the rooms were full which was really helpful. Then on check out day they took in our bags (which they said they couldn’t due to COVID restrictions) so we could visit Lapland uk. Without that the weekend would be been almost ruined!
