Hotel employees are well-trained and customer-oriented. In the late evening, I called reception and asked for immediate ironing service. Despite the fact that it was late, the hotel staff did their best to resolve my situation. That is a sign of advanced training and flawless hospitality principles. The breakfast was delicious. I truly enjoyed my hotel stay. Many thanks. You are the finest hotel staff I've ever seen.
