The Snug is right in the hub the lovely and hugely popular 'leafy' Lytham of Lytham St. Annes. Affluent Lytham is its own town (and St Annes town is about three miles away.) Lytham St Anne's consists of Lytham then St Annes, Fairhaven and Ansdell. The Snug is a two minute walk to the cosmopolitan square with a plethora of highly rated Mediterranean restaurants. There's a regular bus stop right outside the property that runs every 15 minutes and goes into St Anne's and Blackpool. Plus the train station which is a four minute walk. Lots of Boutique Shops literally on the doorstep. Restaurants include Zest, Chu's, The Deacon and Bosco, 'The County' Pub directly opposite does a great breakfast and reasonable pub grub. Also Lytham Kitchen is FAB! Just a couple of minutes away is the Ribble Estuary and nature reserve that has a long paved walkway and a large, long green area. Also you will find Lytham Windmill which lights up at night. Be sure to enjoy The Queens Pub for a drink which is on the coast line that over looks the Estuary. Lytham has everything for those who enjoy quality time, fine dining and picturesque scenery. Lytham Hall is a two minute drive, set in acres of land with a wonderful garden centre and cafe. There's 11 Churches in Lytham and three large golf courses too! The Snug is a couple of hundred yards away from The Lowther Pavilion which offers entertainment and a quaint, historical park, ideal for a stroll.

The guest room is a good sized King Room in a beautiful Victorian Villa. The Snug is up one flight of stairs and has its own private entrance. There's a spacious, private en-suite bathroom with a double walk in shower. The Snug is a cosy, light, airy room, over looking a pretty garden. Your room comes with linen towels, tea, coffee and biscuits, plus fruit and free toiletries. The Snug is on the first floor. Therefore not suitable for those with mobility issues. The booking is for a room only break with tea, coffee and refreshments. We live at the house and I will personally greet you on arrival. Lytham is set within the beautiful Fylde Coastal Line and is near to Preston and Blackpool. Easily accessible to Manchester and Liverpool and The Lake District. Also Pendle Hill. Not to mention many small rural villages within the vicinity. There are views of the Welsh mountains, Stockport and Liverpool across The Ribble Estuary. The town is famous for The Lytham Festival and many other events.
