Recently renovated, beautiful apartment in central St Ives with Sea View. Fantastic location providing a luxury self catering holiday home. Boasting sea views across the town and harbour, here is the perfect coastal retreat. It is ideal for couples or friends looking to enjoy the beaches, shops and restaurants St Ives has to offer. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, is accessed via a communal entrance and has it’s own front door. The apartment has an open plan lounge/diner and kitchen with double-glazed sash window to front of house giving harbour and sea and island views. It is decorated in a contemporary style to a very high standard. Kitchen - comprising fridge/freezer, oven, two ring induction hob, extraction hood, slimline dishwasher and washer-dryer - is fully equipped for your stay. There is also an iron/ironing board and clothes airer provided for your use. The bedroom is accessed from the lounge/diner and gives access to a shower room with large walk-in rain shower, wash hand basin and toilet. All bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is fully centrally heated with ample hot water. Accommodation is for maximum 2 people
