I’ve travelled to Chipping Norton for work over the years it’s a place I’ve always enjoyed travelling to, I took my partner for a rare night away. She agreed it’s a beautiful place even the new builds blend into the scenery and there are so many different places to go off and see

There are lots of local attractions in and around the town. the locals are very helpful and pleasent.
The one problem we found was the lack of ATM's only one was available.
Local bakery and other eating places were excellent.

Great place to stay at the edge of the Cotswold area.
Great place to stay at the edge of the Cotswold area. Huge bathtub/shower we both enjoyed. A good nights rest for more sight seeing the next day. Food was average at the hotel. We ate at the Blue Boar the first night and it was excellent. We would stay there again.

The Bothy Cottage we stayed in was beautifully furnished with a perfect mix of luxury and functionality! Michael was a fantastic host who couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. We stopped for 3 nights over Xmas and he went above and beyond leaving us a surprise welcome box of treats which were delicious and very much appreciated. We loved the local village, stunning walks in the countryside all on the door step of the cottage. I'll definitely be booking again to stay again next year!
This is a quirky hotel in the best possible sense. There are all sorts of hidden corners and corridors which make for an interesting stay. The bar is cosy and welcoming with a log fire. The rooms are great, we were in a 4-poster and the free canned of G&T were very welcome. There’s a squash court and small pool but these were out of action. Expect a warm welcome and, being privately owned, don’t expect any corporate frills….just the owner, being a little bit disorganised but very friendly. Highly recommended
Excellent location close to Chipping Norton High Street (but very quiet) with great selection of pubs and eateries, great secure parking, brilliant shower, very clean and within circa 30min drive of lots of places - Bourton on the water, Stow on the Wold, Bicester, Oxford, Diddly Squat and lots of Cotswold villages
Right in the center of Chipping Norton so perfect location, quiet and cosy rooms. A welcome beer, water and brownie! Fully equipped with everything, toiletries, hairdryer etc
Staff were so friendly and no query was too much. We also ate dinner there as well as breakfast and both were delicious!
Would recommend 100%
The apartment was large and well appointed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen provided all of the necessities and then some. Washer and tumble dryer (a luxury for rentals in the UK) were easy to operate and made our packing much lighter. Communication with the host was amazing as well.
Me and my partner stayed at the cotswolds hotel and spa whilst visting for 3 days, we have to say the hotel was lovely, very tidy and clean and in a perfect setting! The staff were very helpful with everyome of our needs. I would highly recommend the cotswolds hotel and spa! Fantastic value for money.
The location is idyllic and tranquil. The grounds are well maintained and the hotel facilities exceptional. The food menu is good and we would like to thank Jaspal (restaurant manager) for looking after us. He went out his way to look after everyone. Will definitely visit again.
The hotel staff made us feel really welcome and were beyond nice at all times. The hotel and rooms were super clean and comfortable and had all the items that we’d need for a pleasant comfortable stay. The food was also delicious at the restaurant and we had a wonderful time.
The hotel is in a great location, the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and more than adequate size. There was limited parking at the back of the pub, however I was able to get a parking space very easily.
Perfect location in the heart of Chipping Norton. But quiet and comfortable. The restaurant/bar was lively with both locals and visitors with comfortable outside seating. Food was great!!. Fun place. The staff was wonderful and helpful.
Very good location. The host was very friendly and helpful with places to visit. Very accommodating with our 4 month old son. The bed was super comfortable! One of the best we have slept on the
Jenny the owner was very helpful. The breakfast whilst continental was excellent. Lower room was spacious and well appointed, although warm water for towel rail and washbasin was q bit quirky.
