The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were lovely & welcoming and very helpful, I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel in the morning before the afternoon check in because we were going to see a show at the pavilion which was great, hotel location to the pavilion is great, there is no restaurant but we were able to order a takeaway and eat in the lounge, staff provided takeaway info, and provided plates etc

    The host was not honest.

The host was not honest. Took us out of the property one day before our initial booking for 3 days. And the toilet was broken making have noise. And next thing does not flush. So we used plastic bags for my six years old to use the toilet. And she did not respond on the evening of the problem. She contact us in the morning and organized a plumber to come. And he come late ad we was dying to use the toilet me and my children. The plumber start explaining the issue to her. Then next thing I hear the plumber saying I will go outside and finish the conversation. Something odd about that. So she sent me this message: Good morning Abdellatif, Following from your stay at the weekend, our plumber came to fix the toilet to find that wet wipes had been placed down the toilet, this was the reason that the toilet became blocked during your stay. We are happy to refund you for the Sunday night that you were unable to stay, but we will not be refunding for the whole stay as the toilet blockage was a result of your actions. Please send over your bank details - sort code, account number and name on account & you will receive a refund in the next 7-10 working days. Regards, Georgina Still not received any money. And she is not replying to my text. Not nice when you got a host trying to accuse you.

Lovely area with a beautiful seafront and beach area. Lots of shops including independent businesses nearby. The beach was a five minute drive from our accommodation. Good selection of things to do for children all of ages at Weymouth Beach.

The food was expensive, the evening entrainment could have been more suitable for adults after 8pm not 9.15pm. The drinks in both the restaurant and the clubhouse could have been cheaper or value for money it was over priced, And finally the laundette was overly priced £8.50 for 1 wash and dry. More machines are needed for the size of the camp site
