Woodlands is a modern, spacious detached holiday home, offering 5 spacious bedrooms and 2 fold up Zed beds, 3 of which have en-suite facilities, set in beautiful, extensive private gardens, comprising of a formal lawned garden with patio and very large sun deck ( with outside seating and loungers) leading to a wooded area perfect for children and dogs to explore, as is securely fenced all around. Woodlands is located just a 5 minute drive from the world famous Watergate Bay, 5 minutes from the gorgeous Mawgan Porth and just 15 minutes from both Newquay and Padstow.

Woodlands is ideally located for fantastic surfing beaches, family friendly beaches, an endless array of amazing restaurants, bars and cafe’s and some of the best scenery in the world. The property is located barely 5 minutes drive from Watergate Bay which has over two miles of golden sand at low tide, stretching towards Newquay, and out to sea enormous waves come in from the Atlantic providing a spectacular sight and a popular surfing and kitesurfing spot. Fistral Beach is one of the world’s top surfing destinations, backed by high cliffs and sand dunes, making it a playground for hundreds of enthusiasts who flock to the beach to get a fix of the big waves. All the big UK surf competitions take place here including the Famous Night Surf, Boardmasters Surf Championships and National Surf Championships, so be sure to check your diary to see what’s on.
