Spacious accommodation of 110 m² with a magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea, facing the active volcano of Montserrat. The whole place is recently renovated and furnished with great comfort. The accommodation at the bottom of a villa is completely private and has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them have access to a large bathroom. The third bedroom is the master bedroom, with its own bathroom equipped with a massage bathtub. All rooms are air-conditioned and they also have ceiling fans, large illuminated wardrobes, large King Size beds, 65'' smart TV's with Fiber internet. Large living room with fully equipped kitchen with a bar opening to the terrace. The apartment is also equipped with several service items, for example board games, PS4, BT stereo systems, equipment for beach life. Baby cot and everything you might need for small children is also available. Private terrace of 75 m² divided into a wooden deck with deckchairs and a tiled swimming pool area. Our relaxing corner under roof is perfect for spending your afternoons and your aperitif evenings in front of a small fireplace in a very calm atmosphere, admiring the sunset. End of stay cleaning and daily cleaning included in the price.
