The property location was really good and the room were comfortable and the staff was friendly and welcoming :)

Our room was exactly as photographed. The accommodation is clean and no frills. There was a handy little balcony to sit out on in the evening and the lighting around the pool area does add a nice ambience to the hotel. They run an efficient operation and expected us upon arrival. The lady who runs the hotel is more friendly than the young girl who greeted us on the first day but all was fine. It did entertain us that there were disco lights in the room under the beds - they seem like an expensive luxury in a hotel of this calibre and may not get put to good use as this is a family orientated hotel. I did use the pool and that was a treat. If I was looking for a room for one or two nights in Santorini then I would stay again but perhaps I would look for somewhere slightly more comfortable if I were staying longer. The hotel is excellent value for money for Santorini.

I stayed at hotel Helllas with my mum for 6 nights and we couldnt be happier with our choice of hotel for a long stay in Santorini! We had a lovely, spacious room with a big balcony and seaview (exactly as pictured on booking.com). The cleaning staff were fantastic- really friendly and tidied our room daily and replaced towels. The location is ideal (short walking distance to everything in Fira), and I particularly loved the huge and deep swimming pool and used it everyday of our stay! The hosts are so laid back, friendly and helpful and assisted us with everything from reccomendations, keeping our luggage and arranging a taxi to the airport. They also have 5 lovely cats who are so friendly but never intrustive! We would definitely stay at Hotel Helllas again when we return to Santorini!

Great 1 night stay in Hotel Hellas before we got out flight back. We were upgraded to a better room at no extra cost and beds were very comfortable. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel for 5 euro each after checkout until our flight while we explored Fira.

The young lady at the reception was nice and friendly. Location was good, not that far from bus station in Fira and close (walking distance) to shopping / restaurant streets, but very quiet. The equipment was very simple, but bed was comfortable, however for a longer stay I would appreciate to have glass for water and some plate / bowl to use for fruits and snacks I bought in the street. The room and bathroom was cleaned daily. I could leave my luggage in the room next to reception after check-out - very helpful.

Location was great, by the end of the week we agreed that this area is the best in Santorini, tour sites could be reached by walk, beaches by car/quad. Pool was a bit cold, but otherwise fantastic, big and clean.

A very nicely located hotel. We had a room with a terrace with a very nice view of the sea. It was not a view of the caldera, but it was possible to watch the sunrise. A very nice lady who welcomed us warmly and was very helpful when we had a serious problem getting the ferry back. A place worth recommending! :) If I ever go to Santorini, I will go to this beautiful, proven place.
