We were given the top part of the property and had a wonderful view! We had a spa bath which was available 11am-11pm. There was a coffee machine, stove, pots, etc. Nectarios was very lovely! He told us we could send him a message any time of day for any help, advice, etc. He was very very welcoming and helpful. On our very first day, he recommended different routes and where we could go. He told us about Finikia Restaurant which was just a couple of minutes down the road. It was sooo delicious there, we had to eat there again for the last time before we had to leave Santorini!! Thank you for the recommendation. The accommodation is around 20-30 minutes away from the town centre. I have fallen inlove with Finikia and its people. I hope to be back again soon!!!

The property is an excellent elevated position giving terrific views down to Ia (Oia) and over the north coast to other islands. Our terrace was spacious with shade when needed. The room was a good size, well furnished and very comfortable. We had everything we needed- including a constant supply of hot water and tap water that is drinkable. There is a steep but short walk up to the edge of the caldera and to a church and to the path that runs between Ia and Fira. The views here are also spectacular.

Stunning views, quiet location. The property is a little out of the hustle and bustle. Perfectly suited to those hiring a car, being picked up on tours etc. OR if you like to walk and are staying in cooler months.

The location of the apartment was amazing. Just 15 minutes by walk from central Oia. Also it's on the walk from Fira to Oia and has a great sunset view with Caldera view just around 150m up the hills at a little church. The hospitality of Nectarios was amazing. When the whirlpool had a low temperature due to my mistake and while I was on my walk from Fira and Oia he took care that the whirlpool was warm again when I came back from my walk. Also on my last day I could leave my luggage for a few hours there and when I came exhausted by another walk back to the place I got offered juice and also water for my way back. The apartment is next to a bus station that you can take to get to Fira.

Clean, comfortable apartment with good privacy from the neighbouring apartments, though it’s only a small building anyhow. Huge balcony with panoramic views to the coast and Oia town. Good parking off road .The best aspect for us was the immediate access to the walking trail to Oia and Fira just behind the property, plus a perfect spot at the little church 3 minutes walk away to view the sunset and the amazing views to the caldera and little island of Therasia. Nectarios, our host was very welcoming and helpful. Daily cleaning which was great. If you want a Santorini holiday away from the crowds but with easy access to all the sights couldn’t recommend more.
