The apartament is Wide and spacious. It's fully equiped. There is everything you need, even board games for our kids There is enough laundry stuff and the washing machine is brand New. The apartment is specially clean, i mean...it was a great surprise how clean it was. Every appliance works perfectly. The parking is safe and you have your own private space. The whole building is very safe, you have to unlock 3 Doors before you get to the flat. The owner arrived on time and recomended lots of things in Split and he was present if we needed something. We arrived by car, but there are buses right there to move around. I hope one day I can come back, we felt like in home. It was very comfortable!!!. I recomend it !!

Nicely furnished and equipped, newly built apartment, 40 m², in a quiet neighborhood. It is located on the 3rd floor of a low rise building, with a separate, private entrance to the floor available only to tenants of the building. In front of the building we provide you one private parking space. Also a the level -1 of the building there is an underground car garage with one more private parking space, from which you can reach the apartment by internal entrance. Both parking places are free of charge for you during your stay. The apartment consists of one bedroom (double bed 160/200, for two persons), spacious living room (with corner sofa able to pull-out), kitchen with dining room, balcony (with open view) and bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need for your enjoyable and carefree stay: fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, oven, dishes, utensils, hair dryer, towels, washing machine, high speed Wi-Fi, radio, large LCD TV in the living room and LCD TV in the bedroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan in the bedroom ... FREE OF CHARGE: Tourist tax, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, garage parking space, outdoor parking space, towels, hygienic necessities

Close to the accommodation, 50 meters away, there is a large supermarket ("Konzum", where you can buy your daily groceries), bakery, pharmacy, coffee bar. The bus stop is 50 meters away and from there you can take the bus number 6 (bus ticket costs about 1,5 euros) to reach city center within 15-20 minutes, where you can visit cultural sights such as „Diocletian's palace“ (1700 years old world heritage UNESCO), and „Park Forest Marjan“, one of the symbols of the city of Split, with a beautiful, vivid view of the city itself. Also, you can order Uber ride to the city center which will cost you about 5-6 euros. 200 meters from the building there is one of the biggest shopping centers in Dalmatia, "City Center One", and two bus stops from the building (but still within a walking distance, aprox. 1 km) there is another large shopping center "Mall Of Split" both with a number of shops and fast food restaurants (Mc'Donalds, Burger King, KFC, Chinese food, etc ...)
