Cleanliness, rooms high quality, great pool

Mike, the apartment's owner, is a wonderful and kind man. He took the time to talk to us every day, gave us helpful advice, booked trips for us, and provided some extra holiday supplies. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well-kept, and furnished with all necessary items. The pool and sunloungers were incredible. The barbecue area and fridge full of cold drinks to buy are extra benefits of this place. My husband had a great time playing football and swimming with Vigo, the owner's son. Time to remember. We arrived as strangers and left as friends! Thank you for a fantastic time at Celina.

The entire host family welcomed me warmly. Although it was my first trip alone in a long time, I had no time to feel lonely and rested comfortably amidst the hospitality of the host family. It absolutely doesn't mean that they interrupted my rest. :) Not to mention the natural beauty which surrounded here, the accommodation itself was very comfortable. It's a such a nice place to cook, eat, and relax, so it's the perfect place for a vacation. As an side, at first, I thought there was only one bath towel and used the same towel for about three days, but it turned out that there were enough towels prepared in one corner. This is a place where you can stay without any issues, including towels. You can see the wide sea at a glance from the balcony, and cute cats in the yard and path add to the enjoyment. For the first few days, I stayed in my room at night because I was afraid of mosquitoes, but you shouldn't do that. I regretted it a lot later. If you go out to the balcony, a fantastic view of the stars will welcome you. And actually, the mosquitoes didn't even rush at me that much. Even if you get bitten by a few mosquitoes, the beautiful scenery will be a great reward for your itchy feeling. When on business trips, I usually go to 4-star hotels, but regardless of country or city, there are many hotels with cleanliness that falls far below standards, and the same goes for apartments. Especially when you find that hair or dust on the bed is not properly cleaned, I feel the space no longer comfortable. However, this place is much cleaner and more comfortable than most 4-star hotels. Since I stayed here for a while, the guests in the next room changed several times, and I was able to see the host carefully cleaning every time a guest left, and immediately washing the bedding and drying and disinfecting it in the strong Croatian sunlight.

Formed from a Venetian renaissance palace, the hotel is truly exceptional. Refurbished to a fabulous standard, we had a wonderful four night stay. The public areas are tasteful, the outside spaces are so pretty, with a charming pool area in mature gardens. There is even a small spa with jacuzzi and sauna, with massages available. We stayed just as the pretty village of Puteus was opening, the staff could not have been more helpful or welcoming. The reception team gave good advice and the team in the restaurant knew their wine and food pairing to make the whole thing just one big treat.
