Villa Erede is large stone house located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in the center of Split, Croatia. House has three apartments and extra two rooms separated by floors. Each apartment and room offer air-conditioned spaces with free Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV. While the terrace is on first floor, it can be used by guests from Mardi one-bedroom apartment and Nova 1, Nova 2 bedrooms. Apartments are modernly decorated. They can be rented separately or combined for larger groups. Villa Erede will win your hearts with its stylish and spacious look. Perfect choice to easy explore Split and enjoy all of its glory!

Neighbourhood information

Villa Erede is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Split called Veli Varoš with a lot of small cobbled streets and old stone houses. It's a peaceful area with no cars and crowd, just as it was centuries ago but within few minutes on foot you are in the middle of all the attractions, Diocletian’s Palace, Riva promenade, restaurants, clubs, stores, open market, fish market, museums, theater, galleries, ATMs, bank, exchange offices. Veli Varos lies on the outskirts of Marjan forest-park that offers stunning views of city, beautiful small beaches and many breath taking hiking trails. There is no better location for exploring Split. Mini Market - 20m Supermarket - 50m Famous fish market- 100m Marmontova shopping street- 200m Diocletian palace- 300m Restaurants- 50m Ferry port and Split bus station- 500m
