The house is very nice, the furnishings are very tasteful and comfortable. It was exceptionally clean. Parking on the property for a large car. Enough space and possibility to eat on the terrace with a family of five people. Perfect location just a few meters from the beach.

Company information

Our family run company was established in 1990. We are the owners of stores in Croatia that sell luxury fashion accessories called Karla. In 2011 we completed our first tourism venture, a building complex by the sea with 9 apartments in small place called Viganj, on the beautiful peninsula of Pelješac in southern Croatia. A few years after that, we started a new project in our hometown, on our grandfather's land which is now becoming the most desirable neighbourhood in Split - located just by the sea and right next to the beach, a short ride from the crowded city centre. Every detail in the building was very thoroughly planned, and Eol apartments Split are finally starting their story in 2020. All of our 9 apartments have a 5 star categorisation and offer you everything you need for relaxing. This year we added this historic villa in the best part of Split to our portfolio. We will do everything in our power to make your vacation as comfortable and enjoyable!

Property information

This historical art deco villa was built in 1931 in one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in Split city centre. It is surrounded by pine trees and has the outdoor terrace and garden where you can spend a lovely and relaxing time in the deep shade of the trees. Villa Linda is located next to Ovčice and Bačvice beach and just 15 minutes walking distance away from Diocletians Palace and all the top attractions. Private parking is possible on the site.

Neighbourhood information

Neighbourhood Bačvice is famous for its beach Bačvice and it is only 15 minutes walk to the city center (Diocletians Palace) and 10 minutes walk to the ferry port, bus and railway stations. This neighbourhood is considered an elite part of Split. Beach Firule, Ovcice and Bacvice are very close to the house. Many good restaurants, caffes and bars are walking distance away. It is very easy to find the house. Parking is on the site. It is very easy to get around as everything is walking distance away.
