We liked the house and the quit area. The owner was very helpful and drove us to a store and helped us a lot. We used the swimmingpool alot and loved the outside kitchen.

We had a superb stay at Villa Mare! The house was very spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and every bedroom had an en suite bathroom. Our kids (and us) had a blast in the swimming pool (which was heated; a treat this time in May). It's also located within walking distance of a nice park with a playground and tracks to run. We even walked to the old arena in Pula which was perfectly doable. The owner told us they just renewed the wifi connection, it worked flawlessly when streaming Netflix on the huuuuuge TV in the living room. The kids complained when we had to leave, which says enough!

We had a wonderful time and our children enjoyed themselves with all that the villa had to offer. We enjoyed the heated pool and the outdoor kitchenette the most! All rooms had tv with netflix, so the children could have their own personal time in their own rooms.

The house is situated in a quiet residence area, so we had a lot of privacy and could relax. The owners had heated the swimming pool for the guests before us, and they kept it heated for us, free of charge. We only went swimming once, because we were with small children, but it was a very nice gesture. The house has floor heating, so it was nice for our children to play inside on the floor.

The villa is brand new and extremely luxurieus. All rooms had separate floor heating and climate control. The owners heated the swimming pool for us, to a nice 20 degrees, which felt like heaven. There were new wifi-routers in every room, so we had no issues with that, but the speed was dependent on the 5G reception outside. It was good enough to stream Netflix and some German television.

What an amazing stay! We enjoyed ourselves at the accommodation as if we were living a jetset life. The villa has a lot of extra facilities, but for us it was an extra plus that all bedrooms had their own bathroom/toilet, and that we had a lot of privacy outside around the pool. This is ofcourse also partly because of the location, which is a bit more out of the centre. I think this is also the only mentionable minor point of the accommodation: it is not on the beach. But we knew this when we booked it. For the rest it was extremely clean because it hasn’t been rented out before July this year. We recommend a stay at this place!

Together with my frinds, we've booked this house to be able to have a covid free vacation, whereby we could relax within our own walls, roomss and pool. We pretty much spent ou whole holiday with chilling and BBQing in privacy, or spending it on the beach. There was no quarantine obligation, but if there was, then this would have been the best play to stay;)

This family friendly house was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed a run in the nearby woods/city park in the morning, the swimming pool and the bbq during the day, and we could walk to a nearby club at night. The house was new and had everything we needed, although we did not use the inside kitchen. Every room had their own airconditioning and ensuite private bathrooms. We will be back next year.

We were welcomed by the host who did a short check-in in person. We were shown around and was surprised with some beers and wine in the refrigerator, so that we could relax with a drink after our flight without having to do shopping first. The house was very spacious, clean and new/unused. Every room had air-conditioning and private bathrooms. When booking, ask the host for directions. The villa is not yet on Google maps (outdated), cause it's newly build, so it may be confusing at first. We would recommend this place and will certainly be back. We had a lovely stay!
