We arrived late due to delayed flight (02:00) and it was not a problem. We asked for a late check out due to late arrival and they supported this. The room was more of a suite. They staff were very friendly and made sure we got breakfast even though We were slightly late for it.

Perfect location at the edge of the old town but everything is within walking distance. The room was very comfortable and spotless. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was small but tasty and plentiful. Everything had a quality feel to it. I’d happily stay there again. Definitely recommend the pizzeria which is about three steps from the hotel terrace.

Bathroom was large with large shower, window.

There are few shops in the city, you have to walk a lot, there are few restaurants and they are expensive. The beach is clean, the beach is stony, not sandy. The old town is pleasant, with many bars and cafes.

Zadar is a beautiful historic city with a lovely old town, seaside promenade, and unique attractions like the sea organ. Getting around is easy on foot. I enjoyed the local seafood and wine. The only downside was the crowds during peak tourist season, so I'd recommend visiting in the shoulder seasons.

The sea organ was amazing, just so different.
People were friendly and the majority of people spoke good English. It has a very Italian influence in their food in the restaurants.

Lovely Old Town, pretty and packed with history.
Lovely Old Town, pretty and packed with history. Beautiful location, even more so in the evening/night. Easy and inexpensive to visit islands and nearby towns using local ferries and buses. Friendly people.
Excellent, plentiful and well-priced restaurants and bars. Favourites were Dalmatina (fish/seafood), L'Osteria (seafood), Pizzeria Tri Bunara (worth the queue), Coffee & Cake (breakfast) and Konoba Tovar (goulash). Fave bars include The Trooper Bar (beer/metal), Deja Brew (beer) and Zlatni Kutic (people watching). Cheap, plentiful, quality seafood, bakery produce and fruit & veg from the market.
Visited the usual spots including monastery and museums. Particularly enjoyed the vista from the Bell Tower, compact old town and narrow streets, city views and vibe, "green" market, Sea Organ, harbour area, park, eating and drinking, and people-watching.

Zadar is a great city for a short break.
Zadar is a great city for a short break. I stayed for 4 nights which was just enough. Old town has lots of history, beautiful buildings, shops, restaurants and bars. It has a lovely waterfront promenade and a beach is walkable. Many excursions available and also a 15 minute ferry ride to the nearby island is very cheap. Taxi from airport is reasonably priced and I took bus back there for 5 euros.
The apartment had everything- washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, hairdryer. clean and modern lovely balcony with table and chairs.
location is great it’s a 10 minute walk to the ‘boat man’ who brings you across for 1€ to the start of old town zadar. alternatively you can walk on the walking Bridge which is about a 25 minute walk. Ubers are also really cheap about 4€
1 minute walk from the apartment there is a bakery and small supermarket.
pool is small but has lovely sun beds very comfortable beside it and is quite
Everything was perfect: free parking, sparkly clean room, a superb view to the Adriatic Sea which we got to admire from our own (huge) private terrace, the pool. The owner is really nice and gave us an upgrade of the room we initially booked and also some useful travel advice. We also got to meet Blinks, the very cute dog that "guards" the property. It is true that you have to walk about 30 min, or 15 min+cheap boat to get to the city center, but the hotel area is far more quiet and relaxing.
Great Hotel, fast check in, friendly and helpful staff throughout, Our room was clean spacious with full facilities plus a balcony that overlooked the gardens and the sea. There is a good variety for breakfast.
The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to Zadar old town and 2 minutes from the beach.
The hotel has an excellent pool bar and lobby bar. The pool itself is good and there is a separate children's paddling pool.
The Kolovare is a business and holiday hotel, professionally run.
The best value on our entire trip through Croatia. Spacious, beautifully designed and furnished room equipped with everything you could need. It felt like a stay in a brand new 4-star hotel.
Private parking was available, small but sandy (total rarity here) beach only minutes on foot from the property.
The owner was super nice and greeted us on arrival. I couldn't want anything more from an accommodation like this.
I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone :)
5* The property was 5 minutes from Zadar bus station. The hosts were outstanding and have everything you needed in the apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much, it was spacious and clean. There is a bakery right across the street for morning coffee and breakfast. The kitchen is equipped with everything if you decided to cook your own meal. The place is 20 minutes walk to old town and tourist attractions. Definitely recommended and will stay here again!
Really lovely apartment in the heart of old town. The owner was amazing and went out of her way to let us in early to drop our bags and also allow us to leave the bags a bit longer on the last day.
The bed was really spacious (only 1.8m I have seen in Croatia on our travel). Apartment has everything you need and a really nice couch to hang out.
Zadar is amazing and worth a visit. I will go back definitely.
The location of the apartment just in the center of the old town of Zadar. With all the restaurants and shops just downstairs. Big size studio and has AC and kitchen. It was comfortable for me to get changed and move around the old town and get to thr hotel. There was not that noise as i read on other comments, i just closed both windows and slept.
Cute small hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Our room has a small balcony with partial ocean view over roof tops. It's about 15-20 minutes drive to Old Town. But there are many restaurants close by. There are beaches within walking distance. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, one of the bestThank you for a lovely stay
The apartment was very clean and everything looks pretty new.
The apartment is also located central within the old town of Zadar and has a small market outside the window.
Contacting the host was simple and they replied quickly to our messages.
Picking up the keys was easy and the host provided simple instructions ahead of our arrival.
Fabulous apartment with pool, close to a couple of cafe bars and Tommy's supermarket. Bus stop 2 minute walk to get into Zadar cost €1.60 per journey or approximately €9 with uber. Beach front very close and is a nice walk which ever direction you go. Jasmina is a fabulous host and on hand to advise you with anything.
This Hotel is a great place. The staff is fantastic very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was wonderful with some items made from the menu.
The location is a ways from the old town area but still walkable. Will definitely will stay there again.
We were in Croatia a few times, but it was our first time in Zadar. Truly a gem of a city, the atmosphere was amazing! The room was perfectly located for exploring the old town. We didnt met Toni, but check in couldnt be easier, communication was smooth via whatsapp.
Great location, amazing views and well kitted out apartment. We enjoyed our stay in Zadar following a busy few weeks visiting Croatia. Nice peaceful place. Property was modern inside with everything we needed. Great views and ideal location for the old town etc
A comfortable room on the verges of the Old City Zadar, in a mini-hotel of 4 rooms. Short walking distance to the Sea Organ and the solar show. Nice cafes and bay view throughout in the ‘hood.
If you have a car, street parking only.
The Hotel is perfectly located, near Zadar's old town. All the main attractions are within the walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast is served in the Restaurant Gardin as a a la carte bufet - you have 4 options to choose from.
Spacious room
Heated towel dryer in the bathroom
Smiling, helpful staff
Beautiful hotel
Close proximity to the Sea Organ
Everything in Old Town was within walking distance but the hotel itself is on a quiet street
Free parking
One of the greatest services and cleanest hotel I've ever been to.
Did't expect much from a 3 star hotel and turned out great. I had a much better experience in Mediteran, then in some other 5 star hotels.
