Everything was fine here. Small but nice and clean room, good shower, good bed and a very good breakfast!
Friendly staff, parking lot in front of the house and WiFi worked well.

I cant describe with simple words how wonderfull was Villa ROZA. The place of my dreams. The romantic cabins you see in movies.
Its seclyuded a few steps away from magnificient village Ston. Super tranquile and cozy. The terace facing fruit garden, walkway with hanging grapes everywhere. Surounded by magnificant mountains.
The host is handsome and super helpfull man.
From now on i will compare every other stay with apt. ROZA.
Loved every second i stayed there.
Thank you.

Ston was an interesting place to break up the trip from Split to Dubrovnick. It was a disappointment as far as the oysters were concerned, being the oyster center for Croatia. They were just
extremely expensive and there were no deals to enjoy them at a
decent price. If we had more time we would have gone to an island
instead...

We really enjoyed our time in Ston, it is nice and small, yet full of amazing history and things to do. The hike up the wall of Ston to Mali Ston was great and not too difficult. Beautiful sights from the top!

Historic town with impressive (and impressively long) walls.
Historic town with impressive (and impressively long) walls. Ston is a much smaller, calmer, quieter, and more authentic version of many of the overly touristy walled old towns along the coast. Large sections are still not renovated however. The town has a few shops but mostly cafes/restaurants and locals housing. Lacks the luxury shops and glitz of Dubrovnik but also the crowds. A bit overpriced to walk the walls but presumably the entry fee helps with further repairs and restoration. The (still) working salt flats are interesting and they have opportunities to join in the harvesting. The city parking lots outside the walls are all paid which seems shortsighted and silly if they really want to bring in tourism.

history, great local wine and food, clear blue sea and no crowds; vacation as it should be :) the area is famous for oysters and mussels and many restaurants serve them from their own farms; not to be missed; the hike over the city walls (connecting Ston and Mali Ston) offers great views over the area, oyster farms, salt panes and isles...on both sides of the wall hike are very nice restaurants offer freshest sea food and light, local wine - just what you need on a hot day

Incredible place, very picturesque.
Incredible place, very picturesque. It’s small so one night is ideal. Check buses before you go as only a few buses go into Ston centre (number 15 from Dubrovnik) - but leaving to go north by bus can be tricky. We had a lovely time and are grateful to a local who dropped us at the other bus station in Zaton Doli for our onward journey to Split!
The house is a charming rustic and most importantly a historic place that is the first living area under the Walls of Ston - biggest fortification system in Europe and second in the world (right after the Great wall of China). The garden and the terrace are perfect. The host and his family are the most amazing people, truly kind and helpful. Out family stay was a bliss. The host helped us with everything, he answered all our questions thoroughly. We thank him a lot. He made our stay even prettier explaining everything we asked.
Great cosy house located just by the sea and equipped with everything you need. It is a stone house with thick walls so it is never too hot inside. Very peaceful, quiet, clean place ideal for a vacation away from a city rush. City of Ston is on a walking distance and we really enjoyed walks by the sea. The very hospitable hosts were always available with lots of useful advice. All in all, a wonderful place that we plan to return to. Great value for money.
The owner is very very helpful. My bus dropped me off on the way to Dubrovnik and she came to pick me up outside of Ston. When I was leaving she also dropped me off in town. Everything was free of charge!! My bus wasn’t comming till the later afternoon, so she also let me stay untill 4pm even though checkout was 10am, so that I didn’t have to wait at a restaurant/elsewhere with my bags. No charge!!
FYI..There is no Uber or Taxi in ston.
The host was very nice and welcoming, the apartment is just what you need (tidy, clean, quite new, with parking in front of the door) and also just 30 sec stroll away from the sea. Would definitely recommend a stay here, Mali Ston is also a great peaceful and uncrowded little town where you can find everything, from grocery stores, museums, castles, restaurants etc.
A comfortable, small family hotel in a very pretty location. Staff were extremely friendly. Facilities were good and the views from the front bedrooms magical. Breakfast was very good, a lot of selection , eggs cooked to order and great coffee! Private parking is available. The hotel also owns the best restaurant in the village and guarantees guests a table.
We arrived very late, but the host was wonderful and waited for us and showed us the apartment. The room had everything we needed and was very close to the Ston walls. The host even gave us a great tip for visiting the Ston walls, which we were very grateful for :)
Excelent shower. The cats were very fun to play with :)
The Hotel and their Kpetan's restaurant were very convenient. The walk on the city walls was not easy, but very scenic. It is a part of Croatia that I did not know, but it was worth seeing and getting to know. Most aspects of the stay ver very satisfactory. It was a good place to spend my wife's birthday.
The Vila was renovated, very clean and smelled nice. It is directly in the center of Ston, guests need to park in the main parking lot outside the historical center (for free) and then walk few metres to the accommodation. I recommend taking a walk along the old castle walls to Mali ston.
Host was very kind and accommodating. The place was lovely and had a very updated and modern bathroom. The parking was paid by the host, allowing you to visit neighboring Mali Ston without paying additional parking fees! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Felt like Idyllic country side location, with no noise (apart from a few cars around) and a small, but good view of the sea. A great add-on is the swimming pool with a nice area to relax around it. Also, its just a few kilometers away from Mali Ston village.
Renato is the owner of this space, and is so helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The space is in a cute space of the old town in Ston, unique experience. Had great advise and know everyone in the area. He will make you feel at home away from home.
The location of this apartment is fantastic! It was very clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful with lots of great recommendations for places to visit/eat, and very kindly arranged free parking in Ston and Mail Ston.
This was such a lovely stay in the heart of the beautiful city of Ston. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful in assisting us with our onward travel. We walked to Mail Ston during rhe day which has a fabulous beach.
The hosts were very helpful and even provided us with a high chair for our toddler.
Everything was clean and very cozy.
It's a quiet area from which you can easily walk to Ston within 10-15 minutes
Nice stay close to Ston with amenities. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Interesting to get to as you have to drive on a beach and up an incline. House is secluded and right on the water.
Very modern and beautifully decorated. Large comfortable king bed. Hostess even let us leave our car parked at the property beyond check out time so we could explore Ston on foot.
