Absolutely lovely apartment! We stayed at the apartment with garden/terrace, the place is spacey, cozy, very nicely equipped (nice stereo, huge TV, washing machine, everything you might need in kitchen, although we did not use any of it ;) ). Air condition worked flawlessly, had enough power to cool down whole flat during very hot August days. Location is also fine and quiet - it was 15 minutes of relaxed walk to beach, 20 minutes to center of old town, parking straight in front of house, shop is 5 minutes away. Goran (the host) was very nice and accommodating, he provided directions and recommendations of restaurants and beaches, etc.. Payment is cash only, which could be considered as the only and small negative.

Urban Premium Apartments are a 4 star accommodation ideal for couples to spend their holidays and for business visits to Porec and to Istria. The apartments are spacious (60-68 m2), modernly furnished and situated in a quiet, residential area within short walking distance from the old town of Poreč and the nearest beach. The kitchens are equipped with all the cutlery and appliances needed for cooking. All the apartments have nice, cosy, private outside areas, ideal for morning coffees and afternoon sips. The accommodation is air conditioned, equipped with large SMART LED TVs, home cinemas and with fast, free WIFI. Each apartment has its own parking place, free of charge. For those ones who like to spend their vacations with their bikes, Urban Premium Apartments offers a free bicycle storage. The whole property is frequently sanitized and cleaned by the rules and advices of the World Health Organization and Croatian Institute for Public Health. Face masks, hand sanitizer and gloves are at disposal to all guests.
The apartments are situated in quiet residential street, only 10 min walking distance from the old, historic city of Porec under protection of UNESCO. Supermarket with complete offer (bakery, restaurant, hairdresser, caffe bars) is only 5 min by foot from the apartments. The nearest beach can be reached in 15 min by walk.
