This is a modern, cosy, spacious, trendy private apartment in the silent and inner part of Óbuda. Upon entering the apartment the first impression is that you get what you have seen on the photos. Guests say they are not photoshopped, this is how it looks like. You will feel like you arrived home. Apartment is bigger than the average, as it reaches almost 60 sqm. Fully equipped• airconditioner • heating • smartTV with HD channels and NETFLIX • HDMI cable to TV from sofa • radio with amplifier • travel adapter • mobile chargers • shutters operated by remote controller • sofa bed for 3rd and 4th guest in the living room • free WiFi • fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, kettle, toaster • welcome drink (mineral water and beer) and quality welcome chocolate • known artist's photos about Budapest on the walls • mosquito nets • spacious bathroom • towels • personal scale • hairdryer • washing machine with detergent and softener • shampoo • liquid soap • invoice is issued in all cases • option to pay with bank or credit or with SZÉP card beside transfer options • tailor made digital online map If reserved for 2 guests, please advise if 1 or 2 beds are needed.

Margaret Island is only a couple of minutes walk away, and if you take public transport H5 it will take you in 30 minutes to Szentendre that you can discover. A special map will help you to find anything you may need in the neighbourhood. The street is silent, that all guests liked, while you can get to anywhere in the city quickly and easily. There is a mobile app available even in English that will support you to navigate when using public transportation. Arriving from the airport is easy. You can choose TAXI, airport shuttle, or public transportation. Take bus 100E that will take you to Kalvin ter or Deak ter, where you can change to bus nr 9 to Timar utca and 2 minutes walk away. This is the most cost efficient way getting to your home in Budapest. This apartment is not in the city center, but you can get to there quickly as tram and bus stops and bike rentals are nearby.
