I was sick with Bali belly on my arrival and the staff went above and beyond to look after me! They would send me messages to check in on me and bring me lemongrass and ginger tea and drinks, as well as getting medication for me from the pharmacy. Unbelievably kind and caring. Nothing was too big an ask! The facilities are great, beautiful pool, nice quiet place to rest and beautiful views. Definitely recommend staying here.
