The property is situated right alongside the stone archway entrance to Bantry House. The property is part of a small complex, a stones throw from Bantry Marina. On arrival you will enter through the main door, take the stairs to a courtyard entrance. Here you will find a quiet, well maintained courtyard of approximately 80 sq/m shared by 4 apartments. Downstairs the property contains a kitchen dining living room as per photos, with a separate WC and storage room. Upstairs the property has two bedrooms with King size double beds in each bedroom, dressed with quality 100% cotton bed linen. There is a shared shower room serving the bedrooms. The whole property has recently been updated and decorated and is new to guests this year. There is seating for four in the courtyard outdoor furniture.
I’m looking forward to welcoming guests to 4 Tom’s Lane, I have decorated the accommodation with quality, comfort and luxury in mind, to a level that I myself would be very happy with if I was a guest!
The property is situated next door to Bantry House (town entrance), where guests can stroll the tree lined avenue to visit one of Bantry Town's main attractions, immersed in history one can tour this historic house and gardens and enjoy refreshments in their tearoom. The recently upgraded Bantry Marina begins a minute on foot from the apartment door, on the opposite side of the Marina, a 5 min walk you will find Bantry's Beicin beach and green amenity area, Bantry Boat Hire and the ferry to Whiddy Island are also located here. The main supermarket is also positioned on this route. Bantry boasts a huge pedestrianised square with market day each Friday. Bantry's a bustling tourist town with quality restaurants, bars and shopping options and a modern Cinema. There are outstanding craft shops primarily supporting local and Irish artists in the town. Our accommodation is quite literally a stones throw from all of this , the perfect stop off on the route of the Wild Atlantic Way. Bantry 18 hole Golf Club is 2 km from town while Glengarriff Golf Club is 15 km from the accommodation.
