This town is noted to be the gourmet capital of Ireland and the start of the Wild Atlantic Way (WAW).The very scenic Nohoval Cove is 7km and has grown in popularity for Instagram poses in recent times :) Oysterhaven Outdoor Pursuit centre is also 7km away and is a wonderful scenic safe cove for kayaking swimming and windsurfing. There are many beautiful beaches in the locality: Rocky Bay (9km), Dock Beach (9km) Garrettstown (20km). Musgrave Park which hosts summer concerts is only 14km from us. Cork airport is a mere 20 minute drive from the property.
