We received an upgrade to a room that was incredibly spacious, directly overlooking the local market. Additionally, we received wine, chocolate, Cava, and balloons for our anniversary. The room itself felt recently updated or extremely well-kept.
Other facilities such as the rooftop terrace, coffee machine and delicious cookies made this stay fantastic.

Personal, quick and kindest attention, including with our special needs, justifies the five stars on its own. Right by the water, most of the hotel facilities have amazing sea views - great for us sea lovers. Fitness room was well-equipped, with natural light, great after jogging by the beach promenade. Lobby facing the water was fun to sit in for a drink in the hot hours. Breakfast room is unique - food and location.
Felt like we were in a sea resort at times, right in the middle of bustling Tel Aviv.
Just a few steps from Tel Aviv's beach, Shalom Hotel & Relax offers a rooftop lounge overlooking the city and Mediterranean Sea. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout.

Room very comfortable, if somewhat small. Decor pleasant and soothing. Loved sitting upstairs on terrace overlooking sea.
Breakfast was superb. The lounge/dining room is designed in refined tasteful manner, allowing privacy, which also contributed to the relaxing experience.
Location is great. Beach just across the way; shopping opportunities quite close, and choices of dining.
Staff helpful and considerate.

Tel Aviv is an interesting city in the diversity of its habitat and its population. There is a good choice of museums there. The beaches are superb. It is easy to get around by bus or metro. We made the round trip to Jerusalem easily and quickly by train.

I can't answer because I live in Israel and went because I had an early appointment and didn't want to have to get up so early as to be sure to arrive on time. I wanted to be relaxed.
I did find the average person to be pleasant, friendly and helpful which was nice for a big city. The beach is fabulous and accessible. If you want to combine culture and a resort feeling, TA is a good place. You won't find Ancient Israel here but it had what every major city anywhere does. It's one of the most expensive cities in the World, so be prepared.

I found Tel Aviv very relaxing, welcoming, full of history and architecture place. It has an awesome beach promenade with perfect views, runners, surfers, good signers. We admired the number of people doing sports, playing games, walking down the promenade.

Music, opera house, concerts, classical and jazz.
Art galleries and museums… cafes, bars and beaches.
For all denominations, Synagogues, mosques and churches in Jaffa.

People are welcoming and helpful.
The best is just walking around and enjoying the atmosphere.

We came not only to help the country at such a difficult time, but also to reconnect with family and friends. Tel Aviv is a vibrant, bustling city...if you've never been you'll notice that Israelis are loud and somewhat impatient. There's more car horns honked here than anywhere else. The bus system is terrific and it's easy to get around, either by bus or train. There are some wonderful museums here, particularly the ANU Museum at Tel Aviv University in Ramat Aviv. The Carmel Market and Nahalat Binyamina are great outdoor markets. Most things are within walking distance of the hotel, and if not, then a short bus ride. The train station that takes you to Jerusalem is within walking distance as well and the train ride is less than an hour. If you're a beach person, the entire coastline is beaches with a boardwalk and a carousel. And the food in restaurants is terrific! We didn't have a bad meal while here. And the bakeries are to die for. Israelis are so grateful for the support they receive from tourists and we made many friends along the way, from shop keepers to hotel staff. A very worthwhile trip!
The location is really nice, 100 meters to the beach promenade. The lobby & food are nice and delicious. Breakfast until 4pm and dinner until 10 pm. Polite staff, they tried to help all the time. Really good value for that location being next to 5 star hotels. Lots of supermarkets nearby and a few bars as well. Locked storage room is helpful when you arrive early in the morning and leave late in the evening as we did. Clean. Nice small terrace in front. You can buy day trips from the reception and the bus stops right outside.
Very nice hotel, it has great location (is very close to the beach & promenade, close to Rothschild boulevard and 30 minutes of walking to old city - the wonderful old Jaffa), excellent breakfast. Also, there is 24 hours available coffee in the hotel lobby, as well as free bikes. The terrace from the 11th floor offers a great view of the city. The staff was very friendly and helped us a lot with very useful information.
Very good choice for Tel Aviv, highly recommend it!
Where to start!!! A wonderful little hotel right near the beach. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is one-of-a-kind and not to be missed.
Since they are near the beach, they provide a packed beach bag containing toweles, sunscreen and water. Bikes are available to borrow.
There is a roof garden - an excellent place to sit out and have a glass of wine (free with their daily happy hour) and watch the sunset over the Sea and Tel Aviv.
All of the above features. The in-house restaurant, "Yamas" is superb. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location is superb right near the beach but also not far from the main drags such as Dizzengoff. The hotel provides one of the best Israeli breakfasts I have had. The controls on the room air conditioner actually work and it was possible to keep the room at a comfortable level of coolness (not sub-Arctic as is the case at some places).
The location is fantastic. Walking distance to so many great restaurants and attractions. Bus stops are close by for longer trips. Fairly easy stroll to the beach.
We booked a 2-bedroom suite and we’re amazed at how much space we had! Very spacious (for Tel Aviv) open concept living/dining.
Hotel is family friendly. They have cribs available for an extra fee. The crib is a mini crib but still big enough for my large 2 year old.
Clean hotel with spacious rooms and lovely pool. I arrived after an overnight flight from London and when I got to the hotel my room was not ready. I was offered an “upgrade” which I later found out that there was a misunderstanding in pricing. Needless to say, it was an outrageous amount over what I paid through booking.com and the hotel didn’t budge. I visit Tel Aviv every year and will not be going back to this hotel.
Very helpful staff and excellent value for money in Tel Aviv. You have the privacy of a hotel but with the social aspect of a hostel. They provide complimentary bath robes which is a lovely touch. The location is right on the beach front, close to Jaffa and Carmel market; and there are convenient bus stops close by. They operate on a digital key system which I enjoyed but you can request a physical key card if you prefer
Definitely one of the best locations to stay in Tel Aviv! The room number 01 was great - spacious, quiet, with air conditioning and a private kitchen. We rented the bicycles from the hotel twice and it was the best decision ever - to get to the beach and ride around the city, considering that there are bike lanes everywhere.
My husband and I went to Prima City for a quick getaway and it did not disappoint.
We went for Shabbat and booked dinner and breakfast.
The hotel was Shabbat friendly and the food was excellent! The staff was pleasant and helpful, the hotel was clean and right near the beach. No complaints.
We will definitely go back!
Just the best. The staff, the amenities, the rooms are SO amazing and bigger than any other hotel i've stayed at here. I can't say enough how good the staff were. So accomodating. From the robes to the beach bags they pack you for the beach this place is probably tel aviv's best stay for the money.
Excellent location in Tel Aviv and minutes away from the beach (literally stones throw away). Very safe area and plenty of dining options. The hosts are super accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for short stay in Tel Aviv. They also helped us in getting a cab to the airport.
Ocean front Balcony; great bathroom;
Comfortable bed pillows and bed; excellent breakfast; ideal location at Tel Aviv beach ; very good coffee machine; free ice pops for child; staff was knowledgeable and helpful; wife thought hotel was 5 star. Everything worked properly all the time.
the gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and extremely helpful to anything we needed. great hotel for the price including a breakfast. one block off the beach…great location. we would book again if we ever go back to Tel Aviv. we would definitely recommend.
The hotel had very kind staff and professional staff , everything was neat and clean. The room was the perfect size for us and the location was near the beach and everything else (mall/restaurants). Definitely would be coming back again
Very good location, 6 minutes to the beach.
Clean and modern hotel, comfortable bed. Great attention to the details.
The reception guys were great and helpful.
We recommend this hotel, and will definitely come back when in Tel Aviv.
Room was comfortable, the position of the hotel is perfect, very close to the beach and to dizengoff which is the center of Tel Aviv. Supermarket just the door next to the hotel which is useful.
Great Location. Amazing boutique hotel, room are really big and comfy, Great coffee shop and restaurant inside the hotel.
I really think that this is the best hotel I ever stayed in Tel Aviv.
I keep on coming back to this wonderful hotel. It's a real oasis in the center of tel aviv. A stone throw from the beach .
Amazing breakfast .
Looking forward to my next stay
People in this hotel are very kind and friendly. Very close to the beach around 2 blocks, restaurants around the corner. I high recommended this hotel in the heart of Tel aviv.
