Golf Residence Apartment A 1 is the best at this condominium, you have all you need at the same place !!! There is NO VIEW at this GROUND FLOOR apartment, if you expect a VIEW this is NOT the place for you. Instead of VIEW you have a private garden of 120 meters with trampolina, doll's house, children's kitchen and more for the kids and for you to enjoy an outside garden but NO VIEWS Sauna, gym and swiming pool at the building are open all year and in summer time with life guard. Wifi Internet code you will find on the dining room table.
I am Debbie Cohen, the apartment owner and I try all my best to make all the guest feel very comfortable at my place.
The apartment is located at the city center but is very quiet. Is near all bank branches, changes, supermarkets, coffee shops, pizzas and hamburguers places. It takes only 3 minutes of walking distance. You can leave your car at the garage inside the building and walk all over the places. The main Shopping Center (Mall Cha Yam) and the beaches are only 10 minutes walking distance.
