when we arrived we were greeted with smiles all around, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the room was clean and welcoming, we loved the balcony. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff greets you at the door and walks you to your table. my daughter dropped a plate and it broke and with in 1 min it was cleaned and one of the staff members was handing my daughter a new plate with a smile and reassurance that everything was ok. our last night at the hotel we had bought a bottle of wine from the store around the corner but did not have a wine opener, we called the front desk and the response was it is on its way. seconds later the phone rang to ask if we had wine glasses, less than 5 minutes later we have a bottle opener and 2 wine glasses. honestly it was an amazing experience and would with out a doubt recommend it to friends and for sure come again

The stuff were doing every effort to make my stay as enjoyable as it can get and they did it with true intention and will and this is very important. Exceptionally good service. the staff was amazing, especially the customer service manager Shirly. they sent fruit plate and chocolate for my son's birthday, celebrated his birthday in the kid's lounge and treated us wonderfully. the hotel is very good but old. not rundown at all, but looks old. the stay at the hotel was really pleasant, breakfast was good.

the hotel, the design, the bed , breakfast, all was amazing! the toiletries are very good , towels clean and nice , pillows and mattress were great; breakfast is great with all fresh things and super great croissants and delicious bread varieties . staff is helpful and Sarah the room made was very very kind , nice and helpful too. we always choose the Herod palace as our best hotels among all in Eilat and will be back

We spent a fantastic three days as a family at the hotel. Everything about our stay was perfect. The resort was absolutely beautiful, the pool was heated and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and the staff was exceptionally hospitable. Shirly the manager was particularly helpful and made ours they memorable.
