Its the place what we were looking for ,far from the noisy environment of Darjeeling . I visited Darjeeling before and stayed in a hotel in the center experienced badly that time. Bloomfield is a place almost in the nature. We were really lost with the fantastic atmosphere . Its not a 5 star or a 4 star hotel in the city with high class bedroom but it's a romantic place. The staffs are very cordial . In the evening bonfire used to lit everyday where clients can enjoy the fire and their glasses. Mr.Arun ,the manager was always very careful ,he used to bring tea early in the morning to the room. Driver Chetan is an excellent chap, cracking cheeky jokes always when we used to go out with . He is also a good guide. I really miss this fantastic place. Surely I go back.

What a view! The pictures do not do it justice at all. So beautiful! The food was great and the staff really helpful. It is a breathtaking place to stay.

This is an amazing place overlooking the Darjeeling hills tucked on the edge of a large tea plantation, but does also have a very large garden of theirs own (rhododrendrons, magnolias, plum trees all were blooming) with birds tweeting all day long. You can go for easy walks meandering through the tea plantations from here, or just hang out in the garden to soak the sun of the day while chatting with the villagers (many of whom work in the property), enjoy simple but delicious food made in the property using farm products. They also can arrange for your trips to Darjeeling or around. I should say that we have received not only comfort but also a lot of love from everyone there, so we know that we have a home there in Darjeeling now!

Everything about this place is excellent. Especially the hosts, Rajiv was super kind and helpful. My wife and I had an incredible experience.The surrounding area is beautiful too. I would recommend people to skip the town and try Bloomfield to soak in the real Darjeeling experience . Food was simple, organic and tasty. Overall 11/10

The staff was super friendly and gave us a great time. They tried to make us feel good during really rainy days in Darjeeling. The food was amazing. The location is beautiful within the garden. During the days we were there it was cold. They brought us a heater, had matrass warmers and gave us heating pads for the night which made it comfortable. They tried their very best to keep us warm.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious. All were generous, simple meals prepared with care. I suggest you time your mealtimes to coincide with others, as I learnt so much from other guests about India (my first trip - totally out of my depth). Host, Arun, was wonderful company.
