Good Home stay within City. Hotel is in the heart of city. Will enjoy the stay in the Month of January owing to New year Eve. Looks like festive season and festive capital of India. Amazing staff & service.

Worst customer service and false advertising!
Worst customer service and false advertising! I had booked a room 1 x day prior as booking.com had advertised that they had rooms. I booked and received a confirmation email. The next day we were on our way and we called JJK to let them know we were on our way however the staff member on the phone stated we weren’t booked and that they were fully booked. Despite me having a confirmation email the staff member would not listen or even provide an apology and recommendations on where to stay instead. Being in Muzaffarpur it’s quite difficult trying to find suitable accomodation and this really effected our day and travels. Would never recommend and very disgraceful customer service. False advertising
