Extremely helpful staff, Birendra ji and all his colleagues were amazingly helpful and jumped into action when i stated that my parents had lost their way to the hotel, and were without a phone. Thankfully they found their way within a few minutes. Highly recommend the place for the central location, extremely gracious staff. The hotel owner was present too and was very courteous and reassuring in sharing that guests should feel free to sell any help they need at any time from the team. Hats off to the whole team who live by the 'service with a smile & care' principle.
