Location is perfect, close to the metro and many attractions and restaurants. Beautiful terrace with a view! Facilities are very good, we had everything we needed and the shared kitchen was very clean and useful.

Property is accessible via lift with one floor extra staircases which was not difficult to carry our luggages . Spacious room for a couple / a couple with a kid. The building is in excellent location, just a 2 mins walk away from Cipro underground Station. The apartment is refurbished and stylish, with a spacious common area available for use if needed. The room is very clean, spacious and endowed with a comfortable bed and an amazing shower. The best part, however, is the customer service: the property manager, Luca, is extremely supportive, answers the phone immediately and also is prompt to help for anything you may need, no matters the time. In particular, he guided me to get access the property (I was confused with the access codes), instructed me remotely the use of facilities and even stepped in to resolve overnight noise issues with a guest next door. Excellent experience 👏 I will definitely come back next time.

Excellent flat on the top flor. The flat itself is rather tiny, however the terrase is huge and fully compensate for "tineness". The kitchen facilities are great despite being in common area and being shared. The building located on the back yard of Vatican next to the Vatican museum entrance in close proximity to Cipro metro station.

Nice apartment, feels secure and everyone we met around the building was very friendly. Good location to get into Rome quickly, right next to Cipro Metro station. Rooms are modern and nicely decorated, we found it quiet for sleeping. We never actually met the hosts but they were very responsive to messages or any queries we had. We ate in Romane restaurant just down the road on our first night and it was the best meal we had our whole holiday!

I loved how well organised, well thought out and how well run it was. The bathrooms were the perfect size and well designed, the single rooms were not cramped, the balcony was lovely. The shared kitchen was also great and well stocked. The beds were also great. It is also close to a rail stop for the airport (one change) and a major bus stop (although 492 route is terrible).

The location. It's literally few minutes away from the metro. In a residential area not much touristy prices. A supermarket, corner shop and a nice bakery in walking distance. Very supportive staff as they allow us to check in few hours before the time.
