Experience it yourself, I don't want to say everything now. The breakfast is to die for. Its such a cute location. I wish I could stay more....

The island is stunning! An oasis escape from the tourists of Venice but a quick boat ride to all of the main islands. The bikes were amazing for getting to and from the boat, but also for exploring the island. The breakfast was also a stand out, the best we had in Italy!

Unbelievable stay! Really lovely hosts, little bit of a language barrier but there was a heap of information in the room guide. The home cooked breakfast was sensational! A choice between a savoury or sweet, both were delicious. Bikes were provided so you can explore the island and get to the ferry easily. Venice is very busy, getting to come back to such a serene island after a day there was honestly magic. Cannot recommend highly enough, would stay again in a heartbeat. And to top it off, the host drove our luggage down to the ferry when we had to leave. Very nice of him, wonderful accomodation in general.

Absolutely amazing little place!!, Spotless ( Not a hair or dust can be found ) The bed is a 11/10 when it comes to comfiness. Out of this world amazing hospitality, Paolo was waiting for us on the back street way as we arrived, was always available per whatsapp if we had any requests or questions if he wasn't around. Morning Breakfast's was delicious and sweet. We were given 2 bicycles to roam the island ( Beautiful ) and use the bikes to get to the public boat stop which is only a 5 min ride. The island is pretty much only 10-15min away by boat of course to every other island. A nice little shop just 4 min away by bike. Just remember to buy insect spray for the mosquitoes that come out around 19:30 :D We give Basego a 12/10 rating.

Beautiful hotel with quirks, breakfast on the lawn and the most accommodating hosts. Lovely to boat in and out of Venice and escape to the calmness of the island at the end of a long and hot day. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Overall a very comfortable place in the center of a agricultural island of St. Erasmo. Owners of this residence are a lovely couple that will take care of you with a great hospitality. Especially with their homemade breakfast. 10/10

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Beautiful island, a peaceful spot from which to head into the bustle of Venice. The breakfast here is incredible, having the bicycles to explore is really great, and Paolo was very kind with anything we needed.
