The building,the location ,the room and the staff !

This hotel is right downtown - so good location. The staff was really lovely and helpful. Our room had a private balcony with beautiful flowers, sofa, table and seats. We were six people travelling together and could relax at the balcony and even order drinks.

First time in Milan and the location was perfect in the middle of the town with easy walking to all the main sights but on a quiet street with no noise. Staff on reception were really friendly and were available 24 hours. Room was large and clean and bed was comfortable. Perfect stay !

I loved the spaciousness of my room and the shower/toilet area. The high windows were beautiful and the double window feature saved us from the noises of the city centre. On that note, the hotel is crazy central so I would rate the location 10/10. Breakfast was also great!
