The location, it was near the attractions (15-20min walk), the room was okay for 2 people and it was clean and neat, the staff was really nice and positive 😄 overall it was worth it.

The location was perfect as it is near the station and the underground. Most of the landmarks were a 15min walk away with plenty of nice restaurants and pubs close by. Staff were also very pleasant, especially Harry, who helped us with booking a couple of attractions. Room was a good size for two with very good Aircon.

The hotel is situated close to Termini train station but in very quiet street. Practically all attractions are in 15-20 mins walk. You have nice restaurants and cafes around. The staff is very helpful. The room was very clean.

The room was fantastic, really well designed and the bathroom and bed were perfect. Staff were extremely helpful regarding check-in and check-out, bag storage, as well as calling a taxi. The train station is only a 15 minute walk away, which was an easy walk on arrival and a cheap taxi on departure. Location is ideal as it's a 20 minute walk from the main tourist areas like the Trevi fountain and the Colosseum. There's also a nearby metro stop, and many bus stops that will take you anywhere in the city in no time. We took the bus to Trastevere each night we stayed with no issues, and were even able to get a night bus all the way back at 2am. We didn't get the breakfast as it didn't fit our schedule but it's a nice setup, you get vouchers for a nice looking cafe around the corner and they have a good selection of pastries etc. I'd prefer this over the lower quality stuff usually on offer in a hotel.

The staff were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We had arrived to Rome early from departing a cruise ship and had two rooms booked. The team did everything possible to have the rooms ready as early as possible for us, which our suite room they had done so! Location was perfect, street was not too noisy and felt fairly quiet, but yet was close enough to walk to many of the monuments, or equally the big bus tour stop is just up the road. Equally, had some nice food options very close by.
