Cleanliness, it was spatious. We communicated well with the owner. The apartment has all that you need for a nice stay. The bed was confortable. We had coffee and tee on the house. It is situated in a calm neighbourhood, even though it is a bit shady. Overall, the conditions were good for the price we paid.

Excellent communication prior to check in, and a really welcoming host. She even sourced a high chair for us with last minute notice. We had a lovely comfortable and clean stay, and everything that we needed was there. It's the little things, like coffees, nice soaps, a good television, good WiFi, kitchen amenities, a washing machine and drying rack, cleaning products, etc.

We stayed in this property for three nights in total and overall experience was outstanding. Guests are checking-in online themselves, which is super easy and quick and a day before arrival you receive a door code with all instuctions. We have arrived way earlier check in time but we were greeted by the hosts and we were able to leave our bags in storage for the time being. Once we came bag form the city, our bags were already put in our rooms, which is very thoughtful. Everything is the room was great - from kitchen appliance to cleanliness. Very clean rooms and apartment has everything you need - washing/coffee machine, iron, good wifi, smart tv, oven. There is balcony too or terrace depending on which room you get. Walkable distance to Termini station (circa 20min) or to Colosseum (circa 30min). Will definitely come back and suggest to everyone.

The property is modern and a decent distance from Roma Termini. We really enjoyed the large bedrooms, and bathrooms, kitchen had everything we needed, but most importantly Maria was exceptional in welcoming us and assisting with anything we needed.
