The communication with the staff was good, we checked after 8pm therefore had to pay a charge. There is also a €3 tax per person per night. We were greeted on our arrival, the staff speak very good English. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We would recommend a bat at the end of the street, take a left out of the main doors and walk as for as you can and it's across the road, excellent cocktails.. The QC SPA is only a 10 minute walk, took us 15 minutes to walk to the Centre. Nearest Metro is Crocetta. I would definitely book to stay here again...
