The location is great, close to the 2 vaporetto stations, the patio where we had breakfast was so nice and our room was facing the canal, for an authentic experience.

The hotel was very nice with great staff and a clean, comfy room. The location was good for us; just a 20 minute walk from the train station and also into the main areas. Breakfast was basic, but cheap and worth the value.

I was very satisfied with my stay. Above all, the personnel was very friendly and competent. The hotel is situated practically, near Accademia, Salute and Zattere vaporetto stops. There are nice bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood, and also Accademia and Peggy Guggenheim museums. My single room was smallish and simple, but super clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Especially the canal view (quiet canal without sidewalks) was fantastic, and also the sounds of the canal. The breakfast was clearly above average by Italian standards; a good choice of food and drinks, not just a cornetto and a cappuccino. It was promptly taken care of by a friendly person, grazie! All in all, would like to return, and recommend to others.

The location is absolutely great- very close to S.Marco (15 min walking or 1 vaporetto stop), but the surroundings are very quiet. I had a room on the 3rd floor, so also my view over roofs was great. The room is very modest, but very clean and you have all you need for a stay for couple of nights. Breakfast nothing special- but again- you can get some coffee and basic (cold) breakfast bites to start your day prepared to explore Venice!

The hotel was impressively clean and its proximity to city attractions made exploring easy. The complimentary luggage storage was a lifesaver. Although not mentioned, the room included a hairdryer, and amenities like air conditioning and a mosquito repeller ensured comfort. Despite its central location, the room was peaceful. Highly recommend for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The room is very clean and tidy with a little bit of retro style. Very suitable for solo traveller. They offer an extra winter duvet which is very comfy and warm at night. Although you still need to walk a little bit from the Accademia waterbus stop to the hotel, it is also far away from the crowd, and the good thing is it's quieter at night. Overall, it's a very pleasant experience to stay here.
