Property information

Dimora 72 is an elegant apartment located on the first floor of a historic typical Florentine building bordering the famous home (now a museum) of Michelangelo Buonarroti. The structure has been completely and finely renovated (end of renovation January 2023) with high quality finishes such as oak parquet flooring, ceilings with exposed beams and spacious bathrooms, well finished down to the smallest detail. Dimora72 offers very spacious and tastefully furnished rooms with amenities and services designed for even the most demanding guest.

Dimora72 Luxury Rooms is located in the historic center in the Limited Traffic Zone of Florence in the famous and very central district of Santa Croce, 50 meters from the famous basilica. There are many local attractions, from the Basilica of Santa Croce dating back to 1294 which houses the tombs of Machiavelli, Michelangelo, Galileo Galilei, Ugo Foscolo... to the lively market of Sant'Ambrogio (mandatory stop) where you will love a thousand colors and scents of high quality fresh products such as fruit, vegetables, fish and meat .. a few steps away you will find the Flea Market with antiques, prints, jewels, second-hand books, household items and much more! The characteristic Piazza de'Ciompi with the famous Loggia del Pesce, Borgo la Croce, a lively street full of shops for your shopping, cafes, bars, restaurants of all kinds, bistros, wine bars and night clubs. Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) Dimora72 is located within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). The ZTL is delimited by a series of access gates which, in addition to being signaled by special signs, are controlled by telematic gates which automatically detect the license plates of all vehicles passing through. The Property is not responsible for unauthorized access and consequently traffic sanctions. We are available to provide contacts of Parking garages that will take care of issuing a temporary permit for transit within the ZTL.
