The property is new, comfortable in all its comforts available to customers and particularly quiet although it is located in an elegant and lively area of the city. A short walk from the center, the property is furnished with a modern and design style. Special attention from the staff of Eighty Four Luxury Rooms is given to the cleanliness of both the rooms and the shared space and the reception where customers are welcomed with all the necessary attention. Inside the guest house you can find a comfortable Lavazza machine to taste our drinks in the morning, info about the area and for the major attractions of Rome such as access to the Musei Vaticani o Basilica di San Pietro. Rooms look large and bright, special attention has been given to the private bathroom which has all the most comforts. Via dei Gracchi connects Vatican City to Rome's historic centre in a few minutes, which can be reached by a walk through the most exclusive and renowned streets for Roman shopping or through the metro that is only a few hundred meters from the property.
Rione Prati is one of the most beautiful and elegant neighbourhoods in Rome. It is full of the capital's most exclusive parks, monuments, squares, restaurants, wine bars and cafes. Here you can find supermarkets or shops of various kinds for any need, in addition to the most famous street for Roman shopping, via Cola di Rienzo. The Prati ward is perfect for those who want more tranquility compared to the more central wards of Rome but at the same time it is very convenient both for public transport or on foot for the proximity to the center. It will be easy to walk to the picturesque Vatican Museums where you can live the unique experience of being able to access the Sistine Chapel or St. Peter's Basilica. Always a few hundred meters away, accessible by a comfortable walk you can get to Castel Sant Angelo or in Piazza del Popolo or in the beautiful and elegant Villa Borghese. The centre of Rome is really just a few minutes from the property and you can also reach it by renting bicycles or electric scooters in the shops that are located near our guest house.
