The apartment (322b) was right at the outermost corner of the facility, overlooking the mountainous area and the beach of Marinella - beautiful! The area is lush with flowers, some very near and good restaurants with decent prices (like "Il Nodo") and seems very safe overall.

Cala Reale residence and Porto Marana are upon a sandy beach of the marvellous Marinella Gulf on the side of the tourist port which faces the small complex of Porto Marana and the relative shopping centre. Distance 3 Km to Porto Rotondo. Distance of the sea: 50 mt. The residence is about 0,6/1,0 km to the train station of Marinella. In the residence there are restaurant, bar/tobacco and journals-shop, , swimming-pool (at 15/06 to 15/09), parking. In Porto Marana village (200 mt.) there are other restaurants, pizzas, market ice cream shops, ect. In the beach is possible rental windsurf, canoes. STUDIO 3 persons – One living-room with lunch and cooking side , sofa-doublebed + one sofa-bed, bathroom, terrace front sea (a table with chairs). the apartment is on the 2nd floor in the Cala Reale residence. The outdoor spaces and spectacular views from the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can eat and spend hours relaxing. The swimming pool of the residence is comfortable and also the residence has a parking space for each apartment. The sea is crystal clear and the seabed degrades slowly so it is very good for children and adults.
The location is also suitable for those who want to explore the famous beaches of the Costa Smeralda or go on excursions inside the island to get to know the nuraghe and the splendid ancient architectural structures of the Nuragic age (menhir, dolmen, domus de janas). In the near there is the small complex of Porto Marana and the relative shopping centre (restaurants, market, pizzas and other services). These services are generally open from June to September and are not private outside the management of the residence.
