the place was good, recommended for group or family trip, the location is very strategic. Jackson was so helpful to us, he even booked us an italian restaurant that absolutely not a tourist trap, when we’ll back in Rome, definitely will stay here again, thanks Jackson.

I liked the size of the main room (bedroom) which included a little fridge (with free water bottles) and had enough space for four people. Separate bathroom was of a good size as well and included a hairdryer, soap and shampoo. Common area - kitchen with a little sitting area was of a good use as well, enjoyed free tee and morning coffee. The whole place and area felt safe and the staff was very helpful in providing instructions about the check in/out, places to visit in Rome and was there daily for a certain amount of time to clean the common areas. The location was right by the Vatican museums and it was comfortable 25 mins walk to the center of Rome and metro stop was also nearby. Closest bigger store was around 8 mins walk and few markets nearby were open late until night.

Large room, clean and at a very convenient site just opposite of the entrance to the Museums of Vatican (Musei Vaticani). There are taxis at the site (in front of the Museums’ entrance). The metro station (Ottaviani) is just 5 min. walk away. Very safe area to walk around. We walked many times from Rome center to the room without feeling a threat or something else. Bathroom OK, clean and a very good shower. Matrices excellent. There was some noise due to reconstruction works from downstairs and the owner offered us a free Italian breakfast at the day of check out at a place close to the room (MEMO, at the same street at number 25 if I remember well, a very nice and vivid place). An Italian breakfast is just a coffee and a croissant (cornetto) but it was a very polite gesture.

All communication at arrival went smooth via WhatsApp. Room was as described, a little worn out, but clean. There were enough towels, common kitchen was adequately equipped. Location is great, nice & safe neighbourhood. Metro is nearby, as lots of nice retraurants. My tiny home consists of two apartments, each has several separate rooms. Our apartment was named Heliocentric, and room was named Galileo. Other rooms were named Giordano and Nicolas. It is quite funny, considering location across the street of Vatican.

Just opposite to Vatican musume and walkable to Vatican sqaure. The staff were very friendly and lot of resturants nearby. I would definetly stay again in my tiny home again.
