Logement confortable et très propre, rien n'y manque. Situé dans un lot de plusieurs logements mais lieu très calme. L'heure tardive de notre arrivée n'a posé aucun problème, l'accès à cet appartement s'est très bien déroulé via communication téléphonique et clé dans boîtier sécurisé, c'était parfait (encore merci !) Idem pour le départ. Logement très bien situé par rapport au parc d'exposition (facilement accessible à pied, promenade agréable). Appartement à recommander pour ce genre de séjour en lien avec le parc d'exposition.

Company information

We are Sara, Alessandro, Valentina, Silvia, Jacopo and Laura. We have all worked for many years in different tourism tasks but in the end we recognized ourselves more in this type of hospitality, because it offers a different autonomy and independence than the hotel, which has taught us a lot, but which probably little resembles us. For some years we have been managing more than 60 apartments located throughout Italy and mainly in Lombardy, as well as 2 residences in Rho and from 2019 we are managing 2 apartment complex in the Costa del Sol. Renting a house instead of a room gives us the opportunity to establish a more familiar relationship with our guests. Through their needs, we understand their habits and what makes them feel good.

Property information

This modern apartment is located on the ground floor inside a recently renovated courtyard, with independent entrance and free private parking space. The property is part of a complex of four adjacent apartments of the same property. It consists of a bedroom with two single or double beds, bathroom with shower, living room with two single beds, functional and well organized kitchenette. You will find all the comforts such as fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, soundproof windows, mosquito nets, independent heating, air conditioning and free wi-fi. Entrance through a convenient and quick self-check-in: you won't have to wait for anyone, the keys are in a safe and the host is available by phone for the whole stay. For the cleaning of our apartments, we collaborate with a company specializing in the sanitization of environments by following the protocols dictated by the experts of the control and prevention centers (CDC) and health and government organizations.

Neighbourhood information

The courtyard is surrounded by greenery and is very peaceful. It is perfect for a business trip and for its proximity to the Fair, for a family who wants to visit Milan while remaining out of the chaos of the city or for those who need to work from home in an intimate and nice environment. You can use the cycle path to reach the New Rho Fiera Exhibition Center on foot, which is 2 km from the entrance of the Corte Borromeo. The Rho Fiera metro stop, through which you can easily reach the center of Milan in 20 minutes, is about 2 km away. A convenient shuttle service to / from the Fair or to the airports is available to guests.
